The Cottage

Next up was a couple weeks at the cottage.  I think next year we could spend much more time there ... the kids had a really good time.  They were in the water 2-3 times each day, spent time in a tent, went for drives at night, the Stanhope Heritage Festival featuring face painting, horse rides and taxidermy, a trip into Haliburton, and a lot of feeding the Chipmunks, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  It was Thursday who was the most friendly!  I took a paddle boat ride with the kids to little Boshkung and we pulled upon the boat ramp for a snack. Fun, fun, fun!
