The Nutcracker!
Not only was it Chippy's birthday, but Grammy arrived in town AND we went to our first holiday Boston Ballet Nutcracker show! It was amazing, and the kids were really good. Chippy was entranced throughout the entire show. Chipette was quite as a mouse through the whole first act and only started to get fussy in the last part of the second act. Chipette picked out a ballet dancer ornament and Chippy picked out a Red Sox nutcracker. Almost a week later and they are still talking about the performance! We also had birthday dinner out before hand with a special birthday sundae!

Grammy hasn't had so much fun in a long time! What a spectacle to see the Nutcracker. But the best part was watching the kids being absolutely mesmerized by the magic of the performance.
