Tallest Mountain

We did a small hike yesterday, climbing to the top of the 'tallest mountain'. The only way to keep the kids moving was to keep feeding them lines from Dora! Dora frequently has to explore her way to the tallest mountain in order to find something. In our case we found our snacks!

Children's Museum

Chippy could have spent all day in the water exhibit! Wee M loved running from exhibit to exhibit! At the end we participated in a Boston College research project!

Our First Book

Chippy has officially read his first book. With minimal help, Chippy spent two nights working his way through Green Eggs and Ham! Way to go Chippy!! After the 'official' photograph was taken he insisted on a series of silly shots!

Dance Party - Week 2

We only made it to about 15 minutes of the second class, but it's clear she loves it!! On other Wee M updates, she can get her shoes on by herself now and is getting really good at identifying base colours now! I left her alone for a few minutes this afternoon when I was changing her out of wet clothes and when I came back she had put a new dress and shorts on all by herself!

Pre Kindergarten

Chippy's first day of visiting pre-kindergarten (cape and all!). He starts as a full fledged pre-kindergarten student on Tuesday!! He's quite assertive that he can do things by himself, 'cause, he's a pre-kindergartener after all!

Golfing

His Lego collection had better be ready for come competition! Chippy has a new activity - golfing with daddy! We are still trying to figure out his swing, but it looks like he will be left handed in two handed sports (just like his dad!).

Tuesday activities

The first time I have seen chippy swing all by himself without needing a push. Then a back yard dance party, followed by the daycare picnic! Chippy would not leave the picnic until Bella agreed to a foot race!
